Support options

Pay for what you need:
one fix, one project, or ongoing care.

You do not have to commit to a contract to get help. Start with the arrangement that matches what is happening, and add more later if it makes sense.

Approvals, fees and documents

Submitting an inquiry is free and does not authorize paid work. We confirm availability, scope, fees and any diagnostic charge or deposit before you approve work or pay. Any cancellation or refund conditions must be disclosed before payment.

Before access or repair: service scope and fees, remote-access permission where needed, and data / backup responsibilities. Business managed services also require an agreed service schedule and coverage terms.

Review the actual agreement supplied for your engagement. An inquiry is not a signature or acceptance of a service contract.

Before your support session
  • Record the error message and when the issue started.
  • Note the affected device and how many people are impacted.
  • Check whether you have a recent backup; do not overwrite useful recovery data.
  • Have the authorized device owner available to approve access.
  • Confirm the diagnostic scope, charge and any parts approval before proceeding.

Three ways to work together

Which one sounds like you?

One-off help

Best when: Something is broken, or you have a single question.

You get: A diagnosis, the fix or a clear recommendation, and a short note on what we found.

How it is priced: By the scope of the problem, agreed before work starts.

A defined project

Best when: You are changing something: a move, a rollout or a setup.

You get: A plan, the delivery work, acceptance checks and handover notes.

How it is priced: By the agreed deliverables and timeline, written down first.

Ongoing support

Best when: Your team uses IT every day and wants cover.

You get: Defined support routes, oversight of the systems in scope and documentation.

How it is priced: By the systems and users covered, agreed in your proposal.

Not sure?

If in doubt, start with a conversation.

You do not need to know the answer

Describe what is happening and we will suggest the simplest arrangement. Any paid work, responsibilities and fees are agreed before delivery.

You can change your mind

Many people start with one fix and move to ongoing support later, or the other way round. Nothing about a first conversation commits you.

Start with what is happening today.
