Find the right support route
Choose your situation for a suggested route. This guide does not create a support ticket.
Choose an option in each group to see your next step.
Individuals and small businesses can request help. Use the portal to sign in or register where available. Existing clients: use your agreed support route and include the affected device, business impact and a safe contact method.
Protect your information: never send passwords, recovery codes or payment card details. Remote access requires your permission. Suspected account compromise? Use a trusted device and tell us which service is affected.

Choose the right engagement
| Route | Best suited to | Agree before starting | Confirm separately |
|---|---|---|---|
| One-off help | An individual or business with a specific problem | Issue review, diagnosis scope and an estimate before paid work | Parts, data recovery, travel and follow-up support are confirmed separately. |
| Managed support | A business seeking ongoing coverage | Discovery, an asset and service list, coverage hours and escalation process | Monitoring, backups, security tools and response targets apply only where included in your agreement. |
| IT project | A planned upgrade, installation or migration | A written scope, dependencies, change plan and acceptance checks | Licences, equipment, downtime windows and ongoing care are agreed separately. |
Approvals, fees and documents
Submitting an inquiry is free and does not authorize paid work. We confirm availability, scope, fees and any diagnostic charge or deposit before you approve work or pay. Any cancellation or refund conditions must be disclosed before payment.
Before access or repair: service scope and fees, remote-access permission where needed, and data / backup responsibilities. Business managed services also require an agreed service schedule and coverage terms.
Review the actual agreement supplied for your engagement. An inquiry is not a signature or acceptance of a service contract.
Before your support session
- Record the error message and when the issue started.
- Note the affected device and how many people are impacted.
- Check whether you have a recent backup; do not overwrite useful recovery data.
- Have the authorized device owner available to approve access.
- Confirm the diagnostic scope, charge and any parts approval before proceeding.
