About SaiShift

Technology that holds up under real business conditions

SaiShift IT Solutions plans, installs, secures, and maintains the systems small and mid-sized businesses depend on — with clear scope, predictable costs, and people who answer the phone.

Our Story

Why we started SaiShift

Small businesses are often sold enterprise IT with the enterprise stripped out — the same contracts and the same ticket queues, without the attention that justified them. We built SaiShift to work the other way round: small enough to know your setup personally, structured enough to document it properly, and direct enough to tell you when something is not worth spending money on. In practice that means you deal with the same people each time, your environment is written down rather than held in someone's head, and you get a straight answer about what a piece of work will cost before it starts. We would rather lose a job on price than win it on a number we cannot stand behind.

What we do

Four areas, one point of contact — so you are not coordinating between a hardware supplier, a security consultant and a web agency who have never spoken to each other.

How We Work

A clear process, start to finish

No surprises about cost, timing, or who is responsible for what.

01

Scope

We start by understanding what you actually run today, rather than what a template says you should. Current systems, real constraints, and the budget you have in mind.

02

Plan

You get a written specification, costs, and a schedule before anything is bought or changed — including how we would roll it back if it came to that.

03

Implement

Work happens in scheduled windows, planned around how your business actually operates, and the estate is documented as it is built rather than afterwards.

04

Support

The relationship continues after the install — help desk access for your team, monitoring and patching, and scheduled reviews so nothing quietly drifts. If support is what brought you here rather than a project, this is where you plug in directly — open a ticket and skip the rest.

Mission and vision

Our mission is to provide reliable, secure and cost-effective technology solutions for growing businesses — the unglamorous work of making sure the network holds, the backups restore, and the people using it can get on with their jobs. The longer ambition is to become the technology partner small and mid-sized businesses actually trust: the one they call before making a decision, not after something breaks. That is earned slowly, through work that is documented, priced honestly, and still standing up two years later.

Common Questions

What working with us actually looks like

Who will we actually deal with?
The same people each time. You will not be handed to a different technician on every ticket, and whoever attends will already know how your environment is put together.
How do you charge?
Project work is a fixed price against a written specification. Ongoing support is a monthly figure based on the size of your estate rather than per incident, because charging per ticket rewards slow fixes.
What if we already have a provider?
That is common, and we are happy to run a second opinion or an audit without any expectation you switch. If your current provider is doing a decent job we will tell you so.
Do you tie clients into long contracts?
No. Agreements run month to month after any initial term needed to cover set-up work. If we are not earning the fee you should be able to leave.

The best time to sort your IT out is before it goes wrong. Tell us what you are running and we will tell you honestly what needs attention.

No obligation, and no charge for the initial conversation.
